The CEO of Lexham is James Miller who many years ago was a club swimmer with Diss Otters. He was very competitive and won a fair few races in his time at the club. Dear Parents: I came back to the committee earlier this year to help the club get back on its feet after 10 years away.
Ruth, Gemma and Rachel as Exec officers have done a super job in keeping the club running with not so much help. I
don’t have any children swimming anymore but am quite passionate about the town having a swimming club and I am
asking you to join the committee to help share the running of it.In order for Diss Otters to continue successfully we
require parents to volunteer to help by filling the roles below. We have to adhere to Swim England’s Policy and each of
the roles below need to have a named person. Without volunteers we will have no Committee and without a
committee we cannot run a club. Training os offered and a hand over period is available so you learn as you go.
