Officials
All swimming clubs need to have officials. Without them, it is very hard to host licensed galas. This has impact for not only the swimmers at DOSC who want to post times that are accepted by the higher levels of competition in Swim England, but also for the revenue of the club.
The swimming community rely on volunteer officials to help run galas smoothly according to Swim England regulations.
Officials range from Timekeepers, through to Referees, with many different roles and levels of training required.
