Now that we have our new coaching line-up, Laura, our new head coach, has published an updated training file which now includes the coaching allocation for each session.

County Challenge – Accepted Entries & Warm Up

The accepted entries for the Challenge Gala have been published along with the details of the warm up times.

Please remember to arrive poolside 10 minutes before the start of the first warm up. Swimmers not present or who haven't made the coaching team or team managers aware they are running late will be withdrawn from that session.
