Firstly we would like to congratulate you on your sucessful trial swim and we welcome you into the team at Diss Otters!Â
If you haven't already had a copy of our welcome pack, please read through all the info from here. Some parts are relevant to you straight away, some are not. We have provided this info pack to give you as much information about the club so you can refer back to it at any point if you need it.
What to do next...
The process of joining Diss Otters is a two step process as outlined here once you have clicked the appropriate blue "Join Us" button below.
The following pages will take you through these steps: -
- Set up payment details
- The system will direct you to a page where it asks for your payment info. The charge includes your joining fee of £20, and also your Swim England membership fee.
- Fill in all the details including your account number and sort code, this will then link your card as a direct debit to our system where your annual membership (1.1) will be taken straight away, and also set you up for your monthly fees. Monthly fees are charged at your squad fee price. You should have been told which squad you are joining in the confirmation email.
- Fill in the personal details section
- All info on this page is kept on our secure database and only accessible by authorised committee members, coaches and team managers.
- If you need to amend any of your details at any point, either speak to your coach, or request an account on our system where you can amend your details
